Refund and Returns Policy – 100% satisfaction guaranteed

Overview

My Refund and Returns Policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your product receival (from the carrier = physical possession of the goods), I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Engraved products

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase (email).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Prior shipping the product back for a refund, you must inform me (ART-DES Zuzana Bobrovská, Hlavná 26, 04001 Košice, SLOVAKIA, bobrobska@art-des.com, Phone: ++421 907 590 591) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. an e-mail). You may use the attached model but it is not obligatory. You can also reply back on the email received upon purchase with clear statement that you want to return the goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your return / right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed without delay, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, no later than within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.

Shipping address

As part of the Refund and Return Policy, you should mail your product to: ART-DES Zuzana Bobrovská, Hlavná 26, 04001 Košice, SLOVAKIA. Or if you live close by, you can bring the product in person to my store during my opening hours.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item. Also make sure to wrap and pack them in appropriate manner (bubble plastic foil) so that the product won’t damage on the way back. The best way is to pack the item in the same package/box that you received it in. Or you can always bring the product in person to my store which might be the safest way.
